Our head of the team Philippa started her jewelry brand over 20 years ago. Philippa Roberts Jewelry is carried in specialty shops and museum stores around the world. She opened the Philippa Roberts store in Oakland, CA in 2006. She’s often found running back and forth between store to studio helping customers find the perfect gift or designing her new upcoming line. Philippa lives in Oakland and is Mom to Charlie and the three cutest dogs in the world, Rosie, Scout, and Ginger. Coffee Order: Almond Milk Latte Extra Hot with Two Pumps of Brown Sugar |

Sandy is our fabulous store manager here at Philippa Roberts. She’s been working with Philippa since 2012. When she’s not helping Philippa curate a lovely selection of jewelry and gifts, merchandising the store, or building the calendar; you can find her seeking adventures with her little orange vizsla, Layla. Cheryl is a retired store manager from the SFMOMA. She walked into the store 6 years ago to say “hello” and here she is, still enjoying the family that is Philippa Roberts. She’s a two day a week store peep. She spend her time off reading, walking, and enjoying friends. Coffee Order: None |

Puja works our front desk as a retail associate. They spend their time outside of Philippa Roberts trundling around the Bay Area theatre scene as an actor, director, and writer. Coffee Order: Iced Oat Milk Latte

Sigi retired from the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, de Young Museum/Legion of Honor, in October 2022 and started working with us shortly after. You can see Sigi welcoming visitors, learning procedures, and helping the team with projects. When they’re not working, they are playing guitar, creating soundscapes, and spending time with their grandson Quinn. Sigi lives in Oakland with their wife Lisa, and dogs sparky and Watson. Diana is the full time wholesale production manager. She has been with the team for over six years. Outside of Philippa Roberts she works on her own jewelry line and projects. For fun she spends time with her fiancee Jim, catches up with friends, bakes, and enjoys movie nights. Coffee Order: Iced Green Tea or Chai Oat Milk Latte |

Katie worked with us full time for four years and now comes in a couple days a week. She is an artist and jeweler with her own line. Some of her items are also in the store! When not in her work studio, she spends her free time adventuring with her pup Daryl and friends. Coffee Order: Almond Milk Latte |

Naomi started working at the shop in December 2022. As an Oakland native and Piedmont Avenue neighbor, she is delighted to be part of the Philippa Roberts team. It makes sense since over the past 10 years, she’s bought almost all her own jewelry and handbags and gifts for friends and family here! When not at the shop, Naomi stays active working out and dancing to house music and baking pies.

Sunny is a performer and visual artist from Santa Cruz. They enjoy dancing, roller skating, playing Magic the Gathering, and knitting. Coffee Order: Iced Oat Milk Latte with an extra shot

Rosie joined the team in 2015. Not the OG Shop Dog (that was Maggie) but the Queen of working the counter for treats and greeting customers when they come in the store. Also loudest snorer and stinkiest farts. Rosie's two sisters, Scout and Ginger have to stay home. Coffee Order: All The Treats

Daryl is a rescue pup from Mexico. He mostly assists with the production team in the back, but can be found time to time checking in on the store. He’s shy but is learning how much love in the world is waiting for him. He spends his free time napping or adventuring with his mom. Occasionally they rendezvous with her sister and Daryl’s brother Rick. Coffee Order: Biscuits
